I have baked for many years, I love to bake...I bake for all holidays, birthdays, any day. I bake cookies, cupcakes, cakes really anything, So I thought I would share my passion with my LGBTQ community in hopes that in some small way it may bring us closer together in here in Hanford and Kings County.

So with St. Patrick's Day coming up here is a recipe for Creamy Lime Coolers!

1 Cup  unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled

1 Tablespoon, lime juice

2 Tablespoons, Confectioners' sugar (powered sugar)

1/4 Teaspoon, grated lime peel

1 Cup, Vanilla ice cream, softened 

** Blend pineapple juice, lime juice, confectioners sugar, and lime peel in a blender until completely blended.  Add vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth.** Yields 2 servings
